With over two decades of experience in the ever-changing world of Human Resources, I've had the privilege to work with amazing brands such as Samsung, Yeti Coolers, Bridgepoint Consulting, and Bazaarvoice. From the bustling tech scene to the trendsetting startups, I've seen it all - outdated models, struggling HR teams, and processes that could use a serious makeover.
For the past seven years, I've been rocking the HR scene with my unique recruiting and HR consulting business, IntagHire. I enjoy collaborating with CEOs, CFOs and HR leaders, to craft strategies that align on business goals, culture and budgets. It's all about creating harmonious relationships where businesses thrive and reach new heights.
Mentoring HR professionals has become my passion project. I love supporting and empowering talented individuals to shine in their roles. And when it's time for them to spread their wings and embark on their next adventure, I'm there to provide guidance and a little extra push.

Are you ready for an HR revolution? I know I am. As a human resources professional with over 30 years of experience, I have seen it all. My career journey has spanned diverse industries at large, global companies and smaller organizations like Philips, Concur, Rubicon Project, and Personify. I have led teams of one up to 100 and collaborated closely with executives and managers to align HR priorities with overarching company initiatives. I am deeply passionate about showcasing the profound and boundless potential of HR in enhancing business operations.
